Southampton University Symphonic Wind Orchestra would like to invite you to our Spring Concert. This term we are tackling a varied range of challenging wind orchestra repertoire, led by our Musical Director, Jamie Wall, and Assistant Musical Director, Charlie Mann. We are particularly excited to be performing alongside renowned trumpeter Julian Poore, who will be playing Copland’s Quiet City.

Our programme will include:

• Copland Quiet City (featuring soloist Julian Poore)
• Bernstein Symphonic Dances from West Side Story
• Berlioz Grande Symphonie Funèbre et Triomphale
