The Box Office phoneline is open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 1.30pm – 4.30pm, from Tuesday 30 June – Wednesday 9 September.
You can still email them at info@turnersims.co.uk or leave them a message on 023 8059 5151 and they will respond as soon as possible during their opening hours.
Tickets, memberships and gift vouchers are available for purchase online throughout this period.
The Box Office (and the building!) will reopen on Monday 14 September at 1.30pm, and will then revert to normal hours: 1.30pm – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. For events and at weekends, the Box Office opens 2 hours before event start time until 15 minutes after event start time.

Join us in the foyer for The Vibe Lounge a 40-minute free performance in our intimate performance space, ahead of the Jazz Platform in the main auditorium. Programmed by The Vibe Collective, a group of music producers aged 18-25, Vibe Lounge events welcome an amazing mix of artists and showcase up and coming talent.

Marsupial are a Southampton based jazz band, performing their own arrangements of contemporary and Hard bop jazz tunes. You may have already enjoyed their great sound if you attended The Vibe Sessions at our Summer Festival this year! An upcoming band, they have played venues such as The Stage Door, The Concorde club and the People’s lounge at the Victorious festival 2026. Mia Hart on Guitar, Nat Flowers on Bass, James Tye on keys and Peter Richards on Kit, they bring an exciting atmosphere to every venue, with their captivating musicality and invigorating improvisation.
