Payments can be made using the following methods:
• All major contactless debit and credit cards – the payment limit is £100 (as of October 2021)
• Mobile and wearable payment, including Apple Pay and Google Pay – this method supports high-value contactless payments

Cashless Venue FAQs
How can I purchase tickets to concerts and events?
You can purchase tickets, gift vouchers and memberships online at turnersims.co.uk
Turner Sims Box Office Reception is open from 10am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, or 10am to 15 minutes after event start time.
At weekends, the Box Office Reception is open from two hours before event start time until 15 minutes after event start time.

Can I purchase drinks in the venue?
Yes! You can purchase drinks ahead of time online at the same time as you book your tickets. Drinks will automatically be presented at the interval, if there is one. In the case of no interval or by customer request, they may be claimed from the bar pre-show. Drinks purchased online are attached to the concert date and are non-transferable. Alternatively you can purchase drinks in person at the bar on the night of the event.
How do I purchase a concert programme?
At present, we are pleased to offer programmes at no cost via a link to download and print your own copy in advance. We kindly ask that you do not view the programme on a phone or tablet during the performance as it may impact on the enjoyment of your fellow audience members.
As some concerts do not have an associated programme please check information at time of booking.
How do I purchase concert merchandise?
At events where merchandise is available, it will be sold during the interval (where applicable) and post-performance from our Box Office.
Some concerts may have merchandise available to pre-order online for collection on arrival. Please check information at time of booking.
Will ice creams be available?
Ice creams will be available from our ushers as usual but payment must be made either online, at the bar or at the Box Office.
Can I make any payments in cash at all?
Unfortunately not. Our commitment to being a cashless venue is just that; we no longer have facility to take cash payments.
How can I make a donation to Turner Sims?
We welcome every single donation, no matter the size.
