This event is a book launch and live concert celebrating the upcoming release of epic fantasy novel ‘Sushyant: Compendium of Dominance and Dissent’ by Lousha Ryan – a novel inspired by Persian mythology and the traditions of the Shahnameh.

The event pairs an author talk and signing with a full live performance, featuring ‘Staccato’, a Persian folk ensemble led by Hossein Tavan, alongside original music composed by Lousha Ryan. The programme blends Persian repertoire with narrative compositions connected to the book’s world and themes, treating music as an integral narrative voice in the storytelling. Following the performance, there will be a book signing and the opportunity to purchase copies.
