Widely regarded as one of the UK’s most exciting and dynamic saxophone quartets, the Laefer Quartet have been at the cutting edge of saxophone chamber music for over a decade. The quartet are delighted to present a diverse and fascinating programme exploring the full range of the possibilities of the saxophone quartet, with a transcription of Ravel’s Le Tombeau de Couperin alongside original works for the ensemble including the UK premiere of Benjamin Oliver’s Avalanche.
